Mandala Social Work help individuals, couples and families living with mental health challenges and disability to feel heard, understood and improve their wellbeing.
We support people living with depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and addictions and substance misuse.
We can also provide support for those with living with neurological conditions, neurodiversity and physical disabilities.
Qualified support for individuals with mental health recovery plans, goal setting and budgeting. Help to navigate government systems such as NDIS, Centrelink, Department of Housing and the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA). Support liaising with carers and family.
Compassionate and insightful couples counselling, offering personalised support to help clients navigate anxiety, communication struggles, and emotional challenges. Help to foster growth by providing practical tools for a more harmonious relationship.
Mandala Social Work provide sound advice for organisations by connecting the dots between coordinators and allied health professionals and addressing common industry challenges such as support worker turnover, capacity building and communication.
Mandala Social Work was established by qualified social worker, Megan Toy, to offer compassionate support to individuals, couples and families living with mental health challenges and disabilities.
Having experienced the stigma surrounding these life challenges herself, she’s made it her mission to help others understand how personal challenges can impact mental health to offer the right support and strategies to overcome them.
With previous studies in criminology, Megan is an advocate for social justice with strong belief in ethical standards and practices.
As a great believer in the healing power of movement and nature, Megan is also an accredited yoga teacher with over 350 hours of experience.
